🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are prepared within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
- Delivery time within Bahrain: 1 to 3 working days.
- Delivery is handled by local courier companies.
- Al Meftah Roastery is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of food products, coffee cannot be returned or exchanged after opening the package.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product arrived damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
⚠️ You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos attached.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before roasting and packaging begins.
- After roasting begins, cancellation or refunds are not possible.

Data is used solely for fulfilling orders and communicating with the customer.
